2 days ago everything in my greenhouse had a good soaking, lots of species (Copiapoas) flowering,
but it made me grin today, to notice 3 cinereas on the bench in flower at the same time.
Most Copiapoas flower fairly continuously throughout the growing season, but some species 'that do' flower are still a little less predictable (cinereas, longistaminea and columna-alba)
so it was nice to take this pic
Copiapoa cinerea (flowering)

Lovely plants Benjy!
Did you grow them all from seed, if so how old are they?
If you get any spare seed from them I would love to arrange some type of trade for some!

The 2 at the back are from habitat seed, the larger of which is about 13-14 years old,
the largest one pictured here was an ELK purchase some time ago.
I usually sow all the cinerea seed, but I can send you a packet of 20 collected today
from this cinerea that flowered last month,
pm me, Cheers.

Beautiful plants, Benjy!
A flowering cinerea is certainly cause for excitment, to have 3 would be cause for back flips!
