For some reason the Kaktusyk seed list downloads as a read only file for me, so I cant input any requests on the form. Any ideas?!

Thanks
Don't just click the link in your browser. Save to your computer and then open. You should be able to type into the yellow column only.

You are probably in a protected mode and need to enable editing - some versions of Excel do give a warning....

With editing enabled most of the sheet is still protected apart from the yellow areas where you can enter details required....

Slow, but I know I'm paying for what I ordered and is in stock - there will be no substitutes or credit notes.
I received my seeds today. Came in a big box instead of an envelope this year. No, I haven't ordered that much...!

But very nice they had added two extra bag of seeds as a bonus. I can recall I had bonus seeds last year too.
My order came yesterday too. Well packaged and yes a couple of bonus seed packs. For me Kaktusyhk are easily a one stop shop, so much more I would of liked but the reality of space dictated otherwise. Now to try and hold out till at least late Jan before sowing.
Surely its better to be given a date when your seeds will be dispatched as opposed to waiting in long anticipation for them to turn up? especially after you've paid up front for them.
Kactusyhk confirm the order at the start and let you know when the dispatch time will be. You pay a few days before they've sent and a week after that they've with you....no problem at all.
...and with me, it makes three. Good packaging (if a bit oversized). Hold on to your list, for some of the seed suppliers don't write anything but the catalogue number on the bags. And while on that subject, my seeds (a rather large order, I must confess) came from at least three different suppliers.

I am now waiting for an order from Mr. Dohnalik to arrive. The whole process has, so far, followed the same procedure as the one from http://www.kaktusyhk.cz/

Mine have also arrived this week with two bonus packets and in a big box, and I haven't ordered that many. Last year's seed was very good. Can't wait to sow these. Today I have sown the Astros. Others will come later. :)

Of course I could not resist sending out an order immediately.

Some oddities I was expecting (Pachypodium baronii, P. windsorii) based on previous list or I was hoping for (Muiria hortenseae) weren't there, unfortunately. But that just made room to order some seeds of more expensive species like Conophytum achabense...

So they re-updated their list? I do see a difference in the two lists, because I see species on the new / updated list that weren't on it in the October version. Maybe in October they just made alterations to the January 2013 list...?

In October they only revised their offerings for other succulents, but the January update actually is a new list entirely, with both cacti and other succulents listings revised.
