My plant of S. pinguicula won first prize in the small pot size class for sansevierias at the last National Show. Here it is, photo courtesy of Trev Wray, one of the official photographers.
The plant has just been repotted into a 24 cm diameter pan, specially purchased for the job. The plant had outgrown its previous home by producing a stolon that had started to root down into a neighbouring pot.
It's not looking as good now as it did at the time of the last National, but here's hoping it will thrive again in its new home.
BTW, I've flowered many sansevierias over the years, but this plant has never obliged. Editor Al, or anyone else for that matter, have you ever flowered S. pinguicula?
