Always lovely to see these little plants burst into bloom.

Several of my Turbs have pushed out buds since last week's rains, and I expect to see flowers this weekend.

Jan, your posts are always a breath of fresh air, it is great to hear how you cultivate your plants under the open skys,
that middle line in your signiture is such an understatement.

Keith,

I have to clarify that I have most of my plants under shelter - a UV-treated plastic on the roof of the planthouse. I have lost too many plants over the years as a result of over-exposure to days of heavy rain so there are only a few not under cover. Even those now get covered after a few days of continuous heavy rain. But the sides are all open so rain does get to blow in and the plants can feel the moisture in the air without getting their feet soaked.

Expecting T.polaskii, lophophoroides, and klinkerianus to open up tomorrow! I will share if I can get some photos. Raining again this evening so I hope that doesn't discourage them.
