I have half a mind to add these to my collection.
Suggestions please!

Re: Small desirable Euphorbias
Hi Mike,
We have been featuring these in the CactusWorld journal over the past two years in the series "Euphorbias worth knowing and growing" - now if only you had kept those journals
A couple from the articles spring to mind - E. juglans, E. meloformis, E. esculanta.
I'm sure some of the experts will recommend some others.

Hi
a nice small choice one would be e.gymnocalciodes, not often seen for sale, sometimes grafted but it is fine on it's own roots just slow.
e.ambovensis is nice with a small caudex, e.francoisii is a pretty one there are some lovely red forms with good coloured veins & also a crassicaulis form.
e.micrantha another nice one, you should have looked closely when you visited.
Have a look at the Euphorbia thread in genus of the month.

E. juglans is my favourite. Does anyone else find it starts to grow in January....?
Cacti and succulents with data - especially clonotypes, topotypes, old clones, ISI introductions - basically plants with stories!

Re: Small desirable Euphorbias
Euphorbia tulearensis is a really desireable dwarf, best from seed as it doesn't seem to like root disturbance.
E piscidermis is a good one to try on it's roots , v e r y s l o w and small
E suppressa,

Hello Mike! If you are going to ELK in september you might find quite a few of the mentioned plants. Otherwise you could order from Exotica (Ernst Speck) or some other Continental nurseries.
