How about Adenia epigea

varied collection of succulents and cacti but I especially like Euphorbia's, Ariocarpus and variegated agaves.

It's not just the cost of the Adenia, it's the cost of keeping the greenhouse at 20C all year round you really have to worry about. That will cost you MUCH more than however much you paid for it...
