So many flowers on my Mammillaria poselgeri this year (tu)

old plant (the stems are more than 40cm long ) warm weather , water and fertilizer (tu)
and Mammillaria poselgeri is self fertile (tu) (tu)

I had to google it because I'm not familiar with the cactus.
