Hi Sylvia,
Your Rebutias are really smashing, mine are only just beginning to show a few buds, but they have been in a cold greenhouse all Winter, and you are a bit closer to the Sun then us. I like rebutias as I only have a small 6x7 greenhouse and with most things in small pots I can get a few in there!!
Show us more?
Regards
Mel.

Wow! From what you said at the start I wasn't expecting much but then I scrolled down...! What a fabulous sight!
Nice to see some good size specimens in there, and some Sulco's too, mine are flowering too at the moment but nothing like that, great to see

Well in advance of South London although I noticed last night that a few of the pygmeas had opened flowers yesterday. Maybe I should start watering earlier but the weather has seemed against it until a couple of weeks ago.

Superb! I need some Rebutia in my greenhouse!
You can take the boy out of the greenhouse, but you can't take the greenhouse out of the boy!

Great plants, Sylvia. Now I know why despite being short of space, I resist any temptation to reduce my Rebutia/Sulcorebutia plants, which are a bit behind yours, and now only just starting to give what they do best - flower.

Once again Sylvia, I must congratulate you on these lovely mature plants, but what is the secret of keeping the dreaded Red Spider away ? Thanks

Hi Eric - I do spray them on a regular basis - one has to be very vigilent I find.

Re: Rebutias 2016
Thanks Sylvia, may I ask what spray you use. I love Rebs. Sulcos, Lobivias etc, but the problem with red spider is blunting my enthusiasm a bit. Would you mind sharing your RS prevention program please. Thanks
