Mammillaria luethyi tends to abort some of the many buds it starts, but this time I got the full ring and all on the same day. On the main head anyway, there are more coming on the pups.

Turns out I was wrong. There was an 8th bud lurking to make up the ring. Couldn't see it until the others closed. Maybe tomorrow ...

Congratulations, a wonderful sight, even if it is missing one flower. Perhaps tomorrow we could see the whole set.
Obsessive Crassulaceae lover, especially Aeoniums but also grow, Aloes, Agaves, Haworthias and a select number of Cacti.
