Don't you just hate them? And the ones that wait until you've gone to bed aren't much better. :mad:
Thankfully, not everything closes up by late afternoon or even (as here) by 7:30pm with this group of Lobivia maximiliana forms.

What can you be sure of seeing in the evening?

I've been really lucky the past 4 to 5 years working shifts (6-2, 2-10). I am on days now (8-4) - shifts weren't doing me any good :sad: .

Something tells me I'm not going to take as many flower pictures this year.

Mesemb flowers are good at hanging on until evening. Neoporteria, Mammillaria senilis, and a few others keep their flowers continuously.

I take some plants with buds with me to my work, than I can enjoy the flowers anytime :wink:
