Someone posted this on facebook for ID and to me it looks like a cristate cactus that has been grafted, and the graft has taken over. If that is the case is the stock Pereskiopsis?
Personally I prefer that to the crested cactus!
Can someone explain this please?

The stock looks like Euphorbia , which makes sense as the scion is Euphorbia lactea.
