Mine lives in the hot greenhouse which probably goes to about 12 where it's placed.
I have difficulty growing this large it can get to a 4" pot but once I repot it to 5" it invariably rots & I have to restart with any cuttings that survive.
There was a huge beautiful one of these at the National

varied collection of succulents and cacti but I especially like Euphorbia's, Ariocarpus and variegated agaves.

I would see this sort of temperature for Pseudolithos, Rhytidocaulon and Edithcolea. Anything else? Indian Stapeliads?

Would you keep the propagator open or closed?
