It looks a bit like a x Graptosedum such as "Bronze", but growing in too little light so not bronze.

Given its size and shape, I would think Pachyphytum longifolium is a very good possibility. It should produce flowers in spring, if it gets sufficient light and that would confirm what it is.
Obsessive Crassulaceae lover, especially Aeoniums but also grow, Aloes, Agaves, Haworthias and a select number of Cacti.
