Although you did not get your Haworthia Society magazine, your post Mike has benefited the Haworthia Society, guess why?

Had to know what should have been in the envelope. You too can find out if you join the Haworthia Society like I have now done!

Thanks for your welcome Tony.

Thanks Mike I look forward to the journal. Liz, as a gasteria fan, I find Haworthia are hard to resist too. My Christmas present to self , how sad(!) was Haworthia For The Collector by Rudolf Schulz - great photographs - encouraged me for the new season, and not too botanical for me.

Mine arrived in Chicago in a plastic bag provided by the United States Postal Service with a "We Care. Dear Postal Customer, sorry about the damage message yada yada yada". The last journal arrived with a worn out envelope as well.

Bit late to the party sorry, been busy on the new Haworthia Society website and the BCSS website project, plus a a bathroom makeover.

Sorry people have had problems getting their journal, hopefully everyone has been sorted with replacements b

To my mind the biggest issue with giving the option to have a electronic journal only is the fact that most people would invariable expect a cheaper subscription, which in turn would make the production of journals for the members who still wanted hard-copy unviable (is that a word?). That said options are being looked at.

Mainly Haworthia and Gasteria, a few other South African succulents and the odd spiky thing.

Hi Bill. I look forward to a journal dropping though the letterbox shortly.
Printed journal is far more appealing to me although I do read several of the online only ones it's just not the same.
