Looks like Raphionacme procumbens too or something in that family... time to wait for it to flower now :)

Following on from Geoff's comment R. procumbens would be a mealy bug magnet if not RSM, so much so I almost chucked it out a few weeks ago after not checking it during the summer, the worst mealy bug infestation I have ever seen.
I doused it with some nice *cloprid systemic that I got from ELK! Was very pricey but mealy bugs have been shattered since I got it... guess the UK species have never encountered these systemics before.
