Morning surprise
Maybe overlooked for the last couple of days until today's watering, two first blooms on Mammillaria tezontle, which germinated just under a year ago. It couldn't wait until its birthday on the 29th!

They really do take you by surprise when the bloom at such a young age. A welcome surprise though.
