My Conophytum are now in bloom :
A selection of the day
C. pellucidum subsp. cupreatum LAV 30215
C. arthurolfago CR 1028
C. lithopsoides CR 1342
C. pellucidum station : Carolusberg, from seed MSG # 2961, pure white-flowered plant, no yellow centre. For me, one of the most beautiful C. pellucidum
C. X 'Seikoha', a japanase hybrid with red flowers.

That's quite a show, and not just from the known early forms. Mine are many weeks away (except for C. frutescens, etc.), but then I haven't exactly been generous with the water yet. Might be time to leave the top off the cold frame and let some rain in! Maybe after the mini-heatwave forecast this week, although probably still like winter compared to Marseille.

Hi Iann,
I started to water when the old leaves were completely dry, depending on the species, in late July or early August.
The summer was very hot here, sometimes 35°C ...
The conos were thirsty ... me too ...
