I feed at every watering in a weak strength, plus I add acid to my water. I use tap water :geek:

Can I bother you to figure out how much (in p.p.m. N) are you feeding, Ralph?
Er,

If I remember right, Ericaceous Miracle Grow is 16% N, and 500g goes to make 20L of concentrate in my feed tank which is then diluted at 100:1.

So 80g in 2000L of water = 2 000 000g of water, so that's 40 ppm, if my calculation is right.

Does that make sense?

Absolutely. I aim at about 50 ppm N at every watering, so we're talking about the same intensity of feeding. Leafy succulents could probably use more without compromising compact growth, but it's apparently a good compromise.

Thank you, Ralph. :)
