3 years because there is now 3 years of drought in South Africa (but I could say 2 years because seeds of Euphorbia have a fairly short germination rate )
brushing does not require an engineer and you say obesa in endangered so it's a priority
I do not understand the South African Botanical Gardens: before they sold seeds of succulent under cites like Aloes (I remember buying Aloe plicatilis in Worcester) so why not Euphorbia obesa which is also in annex 2 ?

This made money for the botanical garden while spreading the plants
it was some years ago but the cites was already in place
