Hi! My plant (ID still unknown) is kind of limp and it won't stand up straight. Do you know what's happening? Also, how would you go about this?

Hello,
It looks to me as thought the plant needs watering, the leaves are adpressed to the stem which is not normal. It looks like a Portulaca to me but when the flowers open identification should be more positive.
