Not had mine yet. As with seed orders anywhere it depends when you got your order form in and how fast your order was returned for it's place in the queue. That can also depend how early you got your Journal containing the order form. To be first in line the order needs to go in the same day, preferably posted immediately you get the order form. Then that again depends on how fast the Post Office delivers it to the Society, bearing in mind increased and variable Christmas post etc.

The only real level playing field method these days, both nationally and internationally which some seedsmen use is instantly downloadable seed lists as soon as published and email ordering. With conventional methods you are always in the hands of third parties like the Post Office.

Did you guys see this?

I,m sure the downloadable order form - available by 16th Dec - helped some members who had not yet received their journal copy and could at least send a request off, going some way towards Dave,s sensible suggestion. I appreciate change can take time, especially when volunteers kindly giving their time may not have all the technical facilities to-hand.

FWIW my order was received today, my wife tells me. I posted my request the day I got the journal, but can,t remember the date now.

I posted my seeds order the day after the journal arrived. Not received as of yet but I did order a lot in my excitement so expect there will be a bit of a wait!
