Bill
I got an email notification re. Derek's email from bcss.forum@gmail.com so the emails are getting through to me fine.
Perhaps others need to check if the messages are lurking in their 'spam boxes'.
Good luck everyone.

I used to get an independent email from Bill notifying my that a message was in my inbox but haven't received one for about 3 months. I've had several messages during this time and none have generated a personal email. I check my junk mailbox at least once a day so would have seen one had it been received. I noticed the unread messages by chance a couple of weeks ago. Incidentally, there is currently an unsent message in my outbox so presumably the recipient hasn't received a notification email.

I haven't been getting the notifications either.

If any of you bump into Terry Smale, please ask him to read his mailbox - I sent him a message ages ago, but he still hasn't read it...

A direct email would be more effective in Terry's case

I cannot find anything wrong with the system and did receive a pm notification myself this evening from Acid John, so bit at a loss as to what's happening, short of some ISPs or email clients marking them as spam.

Definitely not a spam problem here - I always look through my spam.
