Both trys have worked fine, though if you click the 'place inline' button between uploading and posting you'll not have the white box and word 'attachments' in your post, plus you can control where the photo appears in a post - useful if you're posting several and telling us about them.
I'll merge your two threads.

Brian - it must be your lucky week. I can only imagine that Agave victoriae-reginae must cause you any number of headaches - too big, always spiking yourself on it, how the heck will I repot it next time etc. But fear not - the answer is close to hand - give it to me!! :lol:

Hi Paul
I have given you a plant in 2017 when our branch visited your garden a large agave coactata
leave me some plants to marvel at, i have bigger vic reg in my green house.
