Nearly there

Post by iann »

Obligatory photo of Pediocactus buds
nigrispinus-0406.jpg
I first noticed them about two weeks ago, they move fast at this time of year
nigrispinus-0325.jpg
Also on a young P. paradinei

And P. knowltonii

But probably not on P. peeblesianus

Even teeny tiny ones can flower, not that these ever get huge

Well done for growing this one (from seed yourself?) and getting it to flower, if on its own roots.

Yes, I grew from seed. I wouldn't know how to graft if my life depended on it. I have two of these, but not managed seed yet.
