Tesco,s finest

Post by Eric Williams »

Hi all, Tesco have changed thier packaging of cat litter. Two bags with the cat on the front. One in a shiny plastic bag, the other in a strong paper bag. Can any one enlighten me which is the correct one for our use, as there is insufficient info. for me to decide. A picture Would be great. Cheers

Always best to check our friends the Bonsai Growers site in these cases Eric since they quite quickly put a picture of the latest bag on when a change occurs. Still evidently the "Low Dust" one you need to look for.

I struggled to find some the other day. Had to go to 3 different Tescos before I found some and then there were only 2 bags so bought both of them.

It would seem that Tesco have now discontinued this product, couldn't find any this week and have asked Tesco where is it, reply not received yet, not looking hopeful. Sanicat do the same product but a larger grade.

There was a post on BCSS Facebook that Tesco has discontinued their pink cat litter, I'm not sure how true that is, but there wasn't any in my local store last week. I bought a large sack of Sanicat pink in Pets at Home yesterday, just in case!

The post on FB suggested https://www.seton.co.uk/clay-absorbent- ... lsrc=aw.ds as a possible replacement. Who's going to be first to try it?
