Echinocereus nivosus
At long last I have a flower on this. I bought it as a small plant in 1989 and this is the first time I have had a flower. I know it is difficult to flower so I am so pleased.

Re: Echinocereus nivosus
Certainly takes its time before starting to flower. I've never seen a little one with flowers on. Too early for me this year, buds are just starting, but it flowered last year, photo from May 23rd.

A long wait, Sylvia, but all the more welcome when it finally happens.
