Royal Wedding

Post by cactuspip »

Am I one of those who can't wait for Saturday? Absolutely!

Why is that?

The good news is I shall be in Manchester for the Zone 19 Convention!

How lucky is that?

And my wife will be out too, enjoying herself at her love, archery.

That's great news, Philip, and several of your fellow branch members will be at the BCSS Bromley Show in Eynsford.

Hey! We are all high-tech at Manchester, you know. The Royal Wedding will be being live streamed during the course of the day. Rest assured you will not miss a single minute. (tu)

I have no idea what the royal wedding was like (not do I have any interest to find out), but the Zone 19 Symposium was superb!

3 terrific speakers, great nurseries, excellent food and a beautiful, sunny day.

All those who were involved in any part in organising this outstanding event deserve a great big thank you.

It was well worth the 500 mile round trip!

And I thank all those who came and made it a memorable day enjoying three excellent talks. I am especially grateful to those who travelled large distances, like cactuspip, to support our efforts. Well done everybody.
