An unexpected pollinator
I don't think velvet mites are renowned as pollinators, but this one on Mammillaria albiflora has picked up a load for transport.

We get lots of them all over the garden walls & paving in really hot weather. Quite a few must live in the greenhouse too, as many a time I've seen them on plants and flowers.
I think they are cute little critters when they wander about all over the place.
