Presumably what was Notocactus roseoluteus which got sunk under Parodia mammulosa?

Yes Notocactus roseoluteus, a reference to the flower colours. The specific name changes to roseolutea if moved to Parodia since the gender of the specific name has to match that of the genus. From a botanical dictionary:-

"roseolutea = Rose-yellow, referring to the bi-colored flowers = roh-see-oh-LOO-tee-uh"
