Lithops query

Can anyone give me a name and any other info on this plant?

I think it came from Joyce Cocozza' s collection. It has a label but it was broken (see pic) the only other info on it is the figures CCM 561

Joined Havering branch 2006, although have been growing on and off since the age of ten!
Have a large balanced collection of both cacti and succulents but enjoy growing cristate, monstrose and generally anything a bit weird!

Des Cole used various number series in addition to the well-known C number. CM numbers were used for mesembs other than Lithops and CX numbers for other families. Unfortunately these other number series do not seem to have been documented anywhere.

Thanks Terry, that's interesting,I will have to check the other labels as I picked up quite a few of her mesembs
