That's unusual for a unispina to offset so low down, is the crown still OK ? , should look quite nice once the branches are bigger.
My euphorbia columnaris sent out offsets once I stuck scissors in the growing point, I have managed to root down 3 pups now, fingers crossed they grow OK and by next year or later yours will be big enough to remove them.

I read somewhere that you can root the red euphorbia abdelkuri damask, any one managed this ????. I chopped an offset from my plant but only did it yesterday.

varied collection of succulents and cacti but I especially like Euphorbia's, Ariocarpus and variegated agaves.
