Thanks Eric, I think it has done very well. I also have an identical looking plant labelled as T. pachanoi, which is part of one of my very first cacti, given to me by my Dad over 50 years ago, it has never flowered!

This is the flower of my T. spachianus, which is significantly different from yours, Eric, suggesting that yours is probably not spachianus.
