A couple of Astros with different-coloured flowers

Post by Diane »

I grew a couple of Astrophytum asterias with red flowers from seed a few years ago, and just caught this one in flower yesterday.

I also have a number of Astrophytum Super Kabuto forms, and this one has quite pinkish striped flowers (bought from Frank Trigg a few years ago). Different!
