Over the last couple of weeks. a few more flowers have bloomed.
First up is a plant acquired simply as
Huernia sp. I am 90% certain it is a hybrid, and from perusal of the web, possibly
H. zebrina var. magniflora x
H. saudi-arabica which bears a strong resemblance. Whatever it is it's a very nice flower - this was taken the day it opened, the lobes reflexed on subsequent days:
- Huernia hybrid?
Next is
H. zebrina ssp. zebrina with nicely marked flower:
- Huernia zebrina ssp. zebrina
This is
Orbea semota a new one for me, and a rather smelly flower:
- Orbea semota
Lastly for now,
Stapelianthus pilosus, a bit tricky to grow and with very small flowers that hide away (about 10mm across):
- Stapelianthus pilosus
Lots more buds coming, and I'll update this thread as and when they flower.

Three more to add, first is
Orbea pulchella (which was wrongly labelled, but I'm pretty sure it is
O. pulchella):
- Orbea pulchella
Next is x
Staparesia meintjessii formerly
Tavaresia meintjessii:
- x Staparesia meintjessii
And
Stapelia cedrimontana:
- Stapelia cedrimontana

Update with a few more flowers from the last couple of weeks. (Excuse fingers in a couple of shots!)
This is
Huernia pendula:
- Huernia pendula
Huernia sudanensis:
- Huernia sudanensis
Huernia x pendurata:
- Huernia x pendurata
Piaranthus geminatus:
- Piaranthus geminatus
And a rather nice hybrid of
Stapelia gettleffii x
Tavaresia 'Starfish' which took ages to develop:
- Stapelia gettleffii x Tavaresia 'Starfish'
I don't think there will be many more now the weather is getting colder, but who knows!
