euphorbia globosa question
Anyone know if E. globosa is self fertile? My plant has produced a seed capsule but I don't grow any other euphorbias let alone another globosa. I intend to sow any seed just to see what grows anyway.

Hi
I think it probably is, my two plants have set seed but I do have lots of other uphorbia, certianly worth sowing the seed if you can catch it

Thanks tina, reminds me I need to put a little bag over it before it pops.
Re: euphorbia globosa question
There is usually a day when the seed pod has dried out but not exploded yet and I try to pick seeds then. I managed to collect loads of Euphorbia obesa seeds last year that way, but I only got my E. globosa plant this year so I've only collected a few pods so far.
