Apologies Ava, I was ambiguous. The card wasn't included with my Journal and I wondered if others had theirs?

No the membership card isnt out yet.
I am away on holiday so dont have the full story but there has been an issue with the mailing, which is being dealt with, so please sit tight all will be resolved in due course.
