I would suggest that the third plant could be M. hahniana. I find it difficult to focus properly with a sideways view.

I'm no Mammillaria expert, but could 2 be Mamm. glassii?

I thought glassii initially, then on looking at the spines carefully, decided that as all the centrals were straight, not hooked, it wasn't glassii. However, on checking up, glassii can have straight centrals. I would expect prolifera to have some obvious red fruit at this time of year, but not so glassii.
