New additions to my family

A year ago I had 2 plants. Now more than 70 spiky friends! Latest additions ....

The seed in those fruit on the Setiechinopsis mirabilis is worth keeping and sowing. It grows like cress and it's good to have some spares as it tends to be a short-lived plant. It's one of the few self-fertile cacti, producing loads of seed (which may explain why it dies so easily).

A nice collection of plants Mike, the rapid increase in the number of plants is a well known effect of being 'hooked'! Enjoy!
