Turbinicarpus time

Post by Tina »

My Turbinicarpus valdezianus was covered in buds and I actually got to catch the flowers, shame my other plant only had one old flower as it would be nice to get seed.

This is a plant I grew from Doug & Vivi rowland seed sown in 2003, its a large Turbinicarpus lophoroides- supposedly difficult to grow but luckily it doesn't know that

Very nice Tina, my much younger Turbs are just starting to form this year's buds, something else to look forward to in the spring time.
