Mystery haworthia

I am sorting through my plants and have discovered an old label in a mystery haworthia which says Haworthia Lapostelle "Cecil Gilbert". I can't find any information about it. Does anyone know anything about this plant

I would guess the spelling of the first part would be Lapostolle (after the Marnier-Lapostolle family). That might narrow it down a bit?

Same family connected to the cactus gardens at Monaco - and Grand Marnier.

Looks like a 'plain' form of H. tessellata or H. venosa?

The plant is over 35 years old - it was given to me when I used to go to Northants Branch meetings, but I don't remember who gave it to me.
It hasn't grown much - the photo is only a little bigger than life size. I keep it in my porch, which is south facing and double glazed, so it can get very hot even in the winter. The plant is in shade though. It can also get very cold in the porch. I water the plant with rainwater once a week, all year round, a little less in winter. I mention all this because its treatment might affect the way it looks. Its leaves are concave rather than convex.
Its the label that intrigues me, especially now I have been informed of the Grand Marnier connection. And I would like to know who Cecil Gilbert was - a search of the internet has only turned up a couple of rather disreputable characters!
