As people have said, a mild acid such as vinegar or lemon juice. It works better if its slightly warm. Put it on cotton wool, apply it to the pot then cover with polythene if the deposits are thick and it needs to soak.

Growing Cacti and Succulents for over 40 years,
mixed collection but prefer succulents particularly caudiciforms.
