This is a Mammillaria magallanii?

looks likely, do you think its not? Now merged into M. lasiacantha according to the botanists. I have several under the magallani name, and their spines appear less uniform in distribution which gives the plant a less smooth appearance than some other M. lasiacantha forms.

When i bought it, the seller told me it's Mammillaria viescensis but i checked some forums, photos; it doesnt look like viescensis.

No, definitely not viescensis / gasseriana.
