It should be self fertile, so try to get some seeds. I think this could spark interest for quite some people up here.

My understanding is that it does not self pollinate to produce viable seed.

Didn’t finish the sentence, but I meant they are self sterile, so you will have to cross-pollinate them.

I'm confused now. Mike says self sterile but Aiko says self fertile.

You need two plants to make good viable seed.
this was discussed here back into 2007.
