That is a lovely Rebutia Al, they are certainly worth growing I think.

Don't forget that many of them are now classified as Aylosteras - which are only distantly related to the true Rebutias.

They look fabulous. I've only got a couple in flower so far. I did buy a few in flower but that's kind of cheating.

No it's not cheating Kathy it's called "being lucky". Most of us have bought a plant in flower at some time, and it just shows how beautiful these plants are. Cheers

Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

Thought I would add another picture of the Rebutias and Sucorebutias hybrids etc., that I took yesterday. Still plenty to flower especially the Chamaelobivias.
The single flower Echinopsis is of a plant I acquired a couple of years back called 'Sylvia' I hasten to add I didn't name it. I really love the flower. It is not a large flower.
