You actually manage to produce your own seed- I'm impressed.Cyphostemma betiforme. Plenty of tiny flowers, but a devil to pollinate
I tried to pollinate my own pachypodium once, got the pollen out but needed another pair of hands to transfer it. I had better success putting them in the garden during sunny days.

Have you considered grafting on... euphorbia?Tina wrote: ↑Wed May 22, 2019 4:27 pm How about monadenium reflexum, yes I know its supposed to be a Euphorbia now but flowers are different and they seem to be harder to grow so my labels aren't changing.
This year Rikus of the Euphorbia society visited, mentioned that this is difficult to grow so I'm waiting for it to die as he said it when he was standing right next to it ( it will have heard).

Yep, here's an example of the fruit - leaves dying at the end of last year hence the blotches. Paint brush in one hand, knife in the otherTina wrote: ↑Thu May 30, 2019 8:04 pmYou actually manage to produce your own seed- I'm impressed.Cyphostemma betiforme. I'm pants at seed production with my plants I even had Rikus giving me a lesson on Euphorbia sex but I don't think the plants were paying attention .

If you have any spare seed or seedlings Mike I'd make an exception to my ' if I haven't seen it in habitat I can't have it' new succulent acquisition rule.MikeDom wrote: ↑Thu May 30, 2019 8:49 pmYep, here's an example of the fruit - leaves dying at the end of last year hence the blotches. Re: Flowers for Succulentophiles
Unfortunately … despite collecting the fruits last year, I managed to somehow throw them away when I was tidying the greenhouse for winter . Maybe this year I'll have some to distribute; seedlings from previous years have been given away I'm afraid.

Great thread addressing some balance!
You have some excellent plants, Mike. I've now added the Cyphostemma betiforme to my shopping list.
