I moved my stapeliads around today to make room for some new cuttings, and found these flowers!

Huernia pendula - a really dark red flower - very difficult to see inside it. Emulates meat?

Huernia concinna

Huernia pillansii x transvaalensis

Orbea pulchella

And finally, a Ceropegia - almost a stapeliad - Ceropegia x rothii

I found this cristate in a garden centre. I fancy it is Stapelia leendertziae.

I think you are right. Such a cristate form of it has been doing the rounds for a while.

Not sure if this is a very small flowered variety of Stapelia kwebensis or just because it's the first time it has flowered. My old kwebensis was twice the size. Time will tell.

Mike
Some lovely flowers there and I haven't seen a mealy bug yet  .
I have a few echinopsis but not as nice n green as yours, is this discoloration normal or bugs.

Here's one of my hoodia flowering for the first time, from 2006 mixed hoodia seed from Doug & Vivi rowland.
Any one ID it or is it a mongrel I thought it was h.gordonii but a friend seems to think its too pink for this.

Flowers don't look that pink in the picture Tina. Does it matter? Always nice to get a Hoodia in flower.
