This one is an old faithful, putting on a good display each year, but it is several decades old and the label has totally faded
An id on at least the genus would help, if not the species, and then we can look out for similar plants,

It will have come as Rebutia flavistyla (probably no more than a very distinctive form of Aylostera fiebrigii).
