I had some hail in June in 2011. I had to shelter in my greenhouse for quite a while. Even then big bits of hail flew into my greenhouse.

Is that artificial grass?

Burnt my veg plants in the greenhouse today ... too much solar gain
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

The temperature in my greenhouse with the doors, windows and vents open was still over 40 degrees Celsius.
