I got this guy in a lucky dip I thought it was a Echeverea but it might be a Crassula any thoughts.

I'm no expert but it looks more like an aloe.

The leaf colouring suggests Crassula to me, though Crassulas usually have the leaves obviously opposite, rather than a rosette. C. acinaciformis, perhaps?
There do seem to be a couple of white wooly bits at the base of some of the leaves - mealies?

The top photo looks like a Dudleya that has been sprayed with pink paint - anyone else have any suggestions?
