ID plse
This poor plant had obviously been in a tiny 5cm pot and had been taken out and just dumped in a bigger pot with no extra soil in. Both of these I have repotted and checked the roots....which are fine.

I would say Trichocereus but I have a poor record of identifying those and so many columnars look the same!
